This
ink pad provides lasting results. It will not deteriorate paper or
precious photographs, it will not bleed when painted or brayered over
with watercolors, water-based inks, markers or pearl pigments. This ink
is fade resistant, water resistant, acid free, non-toxic and permanent
for paper-heat set for permanence on non-porous surfaces.

When ordering Archival inks there
is a chance that there might be ink on the outside of the container
contained in the shrink wrap. This is a Ranger product and they do not
replace ink pads like this, but say that it is part of the process of
making sure their archival inks are very juicy with ink, which results
in beautiful stamped images.
